Job Role: Expert Support Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Harito is looking for a result-oriented and high-ownership professional to join our Expert Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, knows how to convince people, follows up relentlessly, and is focused on achieving measurable results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Identify and connect with Caregivers and other healthcare professionals
2. Drive partner acquisition through calls and other channels
3. Explain Harito’s opportunity and onboard suitable professionals
4. Manage follow-ups and convert leads into active partners
5. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
6. Achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets
7. Build and strengthen Harito’s healthcare professional network across Bengaluru

Who We’re Looking For

1. 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling,



Call Centre, Recruitment, Sales, Partner Acquisition or similar roles
2. Strong communication and convincing skills
3. Highly target-oriented and result-driven
4. Comfortable with high-volume calling and consistent follow-ups
5. Strong ownership and ability to work independently
6. Good relationship-building and coordination skills
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Language Advantage

Knowledge of any of the following will be a solid plus: Kannada | Tamil | Telugu | English
