Role Summary The position is responsible for:

- Supporting the design, development, and implementation of Nissan's SCM systems portfolio.
- Guiding Nissan Digital in establishing Snowflake-based data pipelines and SCM data strategy.
- Driving advanced analytics and transforming data into actionable business insights.
- Leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and SCM leaders.
- Developing long-term data solutions that replace manual tools such as Access and Excel with enterprise platforms.
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives across transportation, planning, distribution, packaging, warehousing, and production control functions.

Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple organizational levels.
- Manage budgets, resources, schedules, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate system implementation, stabilization, and process improvements.
- Define system requirements and specifications with business stakeholders.

Data Analytics & Strategy
- Develop and execute SCM data strategy roadmaps.
- Analyze complex datasets and identify supply chain trends.
- Create recommendations that improve operational and business performance.
- Establish reporting and analytics best practices across teams.





Technology & Systems
- Support Snowflake data platform implementation.
- Drive integration of new applications and digital tools.
- Evaluate current data sources and migrate to scalable solutions.
- Lead technology acquisition and implementation efforts.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with SCM leaders, Nissan Digital teams, and vendors.
- Present recommendations to executives and business leaders.
- Build solid relationships across functions to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
