JS Products is looking for an experienced Supplier Operations Leader to work closely with our strategic manufacturing partner in India.

This is a senior, on-site leadership role responsible for driving manufacturing execution, supplier performance, quality, delivery, and current product introduction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day supplier operations and manufacturing execution
- Drive quality, on-time delivery and production performance
- Identify and resolve manufacturing and supplier risks
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support NPI, PPAP, FAI, audits and engineering changes
- Hold suppliers accountable for performance and commitments
- Act as the key communication bridge between the India supplier and JS Products’ US teams

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- 5–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, operations, engineering or supplier management




- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of machining, forging, metal fabrication and assembly
- Experience working with suppliers in India
- Strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with inspections and quality management

Preferred: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis experience. Hindi/Punjabi and hand-tool industry experience would be an advantage.
