Hi, We have immediate Requirement for Success Factors BIB Integration@Pan India Pan India Hybrid Mode (3 days a week)Work Timings – 5.30 AM to 2.30 PM – Australian shift timings Experience 7 to 12 Yrs We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors BIB Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between SAP Success Factors Employee Central and SAP ERP HCM/S4 HANA HCM systems using Business Integration Builder (BIB). The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in HR master data integration, middleware technologies, and Success Factors integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP Success Factors BIB integrations for Employee Central and SAP HCM. Design and support end-to-end HR data replication processes between Success Factors and SAP ERP. Work with Employee Central,



Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and Payroll integration scenarios.

Configure BIB objects, mapping, transformation rules, and replication settings. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions. Troubleshoot integration errors, data inconsistencies, and replication failures.

Perform system testing, SIT, UAT, and post-production support. Collaborate with HR, business users, functional consultants, and technical teams. Monitor and optimize integration performance and data quality.

Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
