About the RoleCaelvion is seeking a Student Enrollment & Sales Executive to counsel prospective students and convert qualified leads into paid enrollments across our Game Development, Web & App Development, Finance, HR, and Business programs.

This is a closing-focused role requiring strong communication, objection handling, follow-up, and sales skills.

What You'll Do

- Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand their goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Present programs and handle objections.
- Follow up with qualified leads and close enrollments.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and update lead status.
- Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Build relationships with students and parents.
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to improve conversions.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, admissions, business development, education, or high-ticket sales.
- Solid communication,



negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent English; Malayalam is an advantage.
- Confident and persuasive with students and parents.
- Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and digital communication.
