Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Coimbatore at Archpro83 – Mavenest Architectural and Design Studio.

The Structural

Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and educational projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day activities include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, developing engineering drawings and models using CAD tools, coordinating with architects, interior designers, and project managers,



and providing technical input during design reviews. The role involves conducting site visits, assessing structural conditions, supporting construction teams with clarifications and modifications, and resolving engineering challenges during execution.

The Structural

Engineer will also contribute to quality assurance, documentation, and continuous improvement of design and engineering processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to diverse building types and materials.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including load assessment, member design, and code-based verification.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating structural drawings and models.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations, preferably with experience in Indian/IS codes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and coordinate with site and design personnel.
- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and long-term durability in design solutions.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects and familiarity with construction practices in Tamil Nadu is an advantage.
