Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of the stores and warehouse.
- Receive incoming materials such as yarn, fabric, dyes/chemicals, accessories, labels, packing materials, and consumables.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, delivery challans, and quality/quantity requirements.
- Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation and system entry.
- Maintain records for inward, outward, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree
- Preferred: Experience handling fabric, yarn, accessories, packing materials, and finished goods.
