Key Area of Work

- Knowledge f ERP software, Preparation of material Indent. Preparation of G.R.N

- Check-in of material inward and outward. Performing inventory inspections and recording supplies and stock as necessary.

- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders, Update internal databases with order details

- Follow up with suppliers, purchase department for material delivery

- Checking of material Balance stock in Store, Quantity of material is counted and counter checked with challan copy

- Issue of material to contractor and Keeping record, Preparation of matrial stock report

- Regular monitoring the matrial management, availability, minimum stock values, store managements and day to day material consumption
