Role Description The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising of modern interiors, furniture, carpets, and soft seating.

The Store

Manager ensures an excellent in-store experience by guiding customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the design and sales teams.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures,



and maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards.

Manager also handles customer feedback, resolves issues, and supports promotional activities to drive footfall and revenue.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory oversight, staff supervision, and sales monitoring.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect assets.
- Experience in retail, furnishings, or interiors is preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and store reporting tools.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
