Role Description The Store Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Raipur.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

Manager will monitor stock levels, manage cash handling and reports, implement retail loss prevention measures, and support promotional activities.



This position also includes coaching and developing team members, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with regional management to achieve store targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive in-store experiences.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead teams, and coordinate with management.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, inventory control, and sales floor execution.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention awareness to safeguard store assets and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Relevant experience in retail store operations, preferably in apparel or fashion; prior supervisory or team lead experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to manage a rapid-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and basic computer skills; familiarity with POS systems and retail KPIs is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in retail management, business, or a related field is an added benefit.
