ABOUT THE POSITION:

California Burrito is growing rapidly, and we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Store Managers / Restaurant Managers to manage our existing and upcoming restaurants across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, NCR, and Mumbai.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Store Manager is responsible for the overall Business operations of the allocated restaurants according to California Burrito operational standards and run profitable business. A majority of time is spent leading/Guiding and coaching the team to meet Guest expectations, achieving both bottom and topline objectives by the guiding ambition of our organisation

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage overall restaurant operations and profitability.
- Control costs, inventory, cash, and P&L.;
- Manage manpower scheduling and daily operations.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Ensure excellent food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and equipment standards.
- Execute company and local marketing initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and recognition.
