Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

The Store

Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, verifying, and recording incoming materials, components, and finished goods.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing storage areas, preparing dispatch documentation, and coordinating with production and logistics teams for timely material movement.



The role involves handling customer-facing activities related to order status, addressing basic inquiries, and ensuring smooth delivery of products and spare parts.

The Store

Executive will also monitor stock levels, assist with cycle counts and audits, support compliance with safety and quality standards, and use inventory or ERP systems to update and track material data.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in retail or store operations, including inventory handling, stock management, and basic documentation.
- Sales and commerce knowledge sufficient to understand purchase orders, invoices, and basic commercial terms.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with inventory management or ERP software.
- Valuable organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records under time constraints.
- Ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar and collaborate with production and logistics teams.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, supply chain, or a related field; prior experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
