Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role based in Madhya Pradesh, India.

The Store

Assistant will support daily store operations, including assisting customers, handling inquiries, and providing product information.

Responsibilities include managing stock levels, organizing inventory, preparing shelves and displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained. The role also involves processing sales transactions, updating records, coordinating with other team members, and following company policies and procedures.

Assistant may help with basic training of new team members and participate in promotional activities to support store performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience or aptitude in Retail Sales to manage transactions, promote products, and support sales targets.
- Good Organization Skills to handle inventory, maintain records, and keep the store setting orderly.
- Ability to assist with Training, sharing knowledge of store procedures and best practices with colleagues.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills for point-of-sale systems and inventory tracking.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a store setting.
- Prior experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; additional retail or business-related certificates are an advantage.
