Role Description The Store Auditor role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru.

The Store

Auditor will conduct regular audits of store operations, including inventory checks, cash handling, billing, and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. The role involves reviewing documentation, verifying compliance with internal controls, and identifying discrepancies or process gaps.

The Store

Auditor will prepare clear audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation with store and regional teams. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with store managers and other stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement in store efficiency and customer service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including proficiency in data review, variance analysis, and basic Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.




- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, cash handling, and store compliance processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, report writing, and record-keeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with store teams and management.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple store locations in Bengaluru and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in auditing, retail store operations, or internal control reviews is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and commitment to organizational policies and ethical standards.
