We are looking for a Stock Market Mentor who can bring strong practical market experience, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong practical understanding of the Indian equity markets and be comfortable analysing live market situations, explaining concepts, and interacting with learners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct live mentorship and training sessions on stock markets, trading, and investing.
- Teach concepts including Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, Risk Management, Market Psychology, and Portfolio Construction.
- Explain real-time market movements using practical examples and relevant market situations.
- Analyse stocks, sectors, industries, and broader market trends.
- Help students develop structured approaches to market analysis and decision-making.
- Conduct classroom sessions, webinars, workshops, and interactive learning sessions.
- Prepare educational presentations, case studies, market examples, and learning material.
- Contribute to educational content for YouTube, social media, webinars,



and other platforms.
- Stay updated with market developments, corporate events, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in internal research, discussions, and development of new learning modules.
- Maintain a professional and responsible approach while communicating market-related information.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- 2–5 years of practical experience in trading, investing, market research, or financial education.
- Solid understanding of Indian Equity Markets and Market Structure.
- Good understanding of Technical and Fundamental Analysis.
- Ability to independently analyse stocks and market trends.
- Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for beginners as well as intermediate learners.
- Confidence in conducting live sessions and handling audience questions.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Ability to connect theoretical concepts with real market examples.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing aspiring traders and investors.
- Professional attitude with a strong willingness to continuously learn.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- NISM / NCFM certifications.
- Prior experience as a stock market mentor, trainer, analyst, educator, or content creator.
- Experience conducting seminars, workshops, webinars, or classroom sessions.
- Knowledge of Portfolio Management and Asset Allocation.




- Strong understanding of Risk Management and Trading Psychology.
- Experience creating financial education content.
- Familiarity with TradingView, charting platforms, screeners, or other market-analysis tools.
- Ability to present market views clearly through charts, data, and research.
