Job Title: Steward / Stewardess Reports To: Captain / Restaurant Manager Job Purpose: Support the service team in delivering effective F&B; service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Job Requirements: 1.

Service Support: Assist in food/beverage delivery and replenish table accompaniments.

- Mise-en-place: Set up tables with correct cutlery, crockery, and glassware. 3.

Table Maintenance: Clear tables promptly and keep the dining area pristine. 4.

Collaboration: Support Captains and Servers to ensure smooth floor operations. 5.

Compliance: Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols. 6.

Shift Duties: Complete assigned opening, closing, and side tasks.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality preferred (Freshers considered).
- Education: Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B; Service.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of service etiquette and solid interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
