Role Description The Stock Market Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves leading a team of traders and analysts, overseeing day-to-day trading activities, and guiding the implementation of trading strategies.

The Team

Leader will monitor market movements, analyze technical and fundamental data, and ensure the team follows risk management and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities include mentoring team members, reviewing performance, preparing market reports, coordinating with management on investment decisions,



and supporting client-facing teams with market insights. The role also requires staying updated on market trends and contributing to the continuous improvement of trading processes and strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Stock Market and hands-on Trading experience.
