State Head – DDU-GKY

- Lead and oversee DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) skill development projects across the assigned state.

- Manage overall project operations, training centers, mobilization, training, and placement activities.

- Ensure project execution is aligned with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of training centers and project teams.

- Coordinate between project implementing agencies and government authorities.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM), CTSA, and other government stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain employer partnerships to improve placement opportunities and employee retention.

- Monitor placement performance and ensure achievement of project targets.

- Oversee MIS and ERP data management and ensure timely and accurate reporting.





- Coordinate financial audits, third-party assessments, and other compliance requirements.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to government policies and project procedures.

- Guide, mentor, and monitor project teams and training-center staff to achieve operational and placement targets.

- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve project performance.

- Review project progress, training quality, placement outcomes, and key performance indicators regularly.

- Represent the organization in meetings and discussions with government departments and other stakeholders.

- Ensure effective coordination among operations, training, mobilization, placement, finance, and compliance teams.
