Description

Kaseya is a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving MSPs and internal IT organizations worldwide. The company is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build the intelligence layer of the Kaseya Intelligence Platform, focusing on agentic AI and autonomous IT operations management.

Role: AI/ML Engineer

Qualification

- Strong programming/engineering skills
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with at least one major model provider (Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI)
- Ability to read ML/systems research papers and extract implementable patterns
- Experience building evaluation harnesses, test suites, or benchmark pipelines for model or agent behavior

Responsibilities

- Build and iterate on agentic AI workloads that orchestrate vendor API calls and interpret PSA/RMM signals
- Develop behavioral anomaly detection models for workflow-identity call patterns and flag deviations in real time
- Implement agentic-specific detection signals including tool call sequence anomalies and decision branching inconsistencies
- Build harnesses and evaluation frameworks to assess model quality, latency, and safety
- Translate research papers into production implementations
- Contribute to connector codegen pipelines for vendor OpenAPI specs




- Work with Temporal durable execution runtime to ensure predictable agentic workload behavior under failure and retry conditions

Additional Responsibilities

- Work in a distributed, async-first team across multiple time zones
- Support coverage across 40+ MSP tool APIs

Nice To Have

- Familiarity with behavioral anomaly detection, time-series analysis, or statistical baselining
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar)
- Prior work in workflow automation or enterprise security tooling
- Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar stores for analytics workloads
- Familiarity with Temporal or other durable workflow engines
