Aralya Active Living is a psychiatric day care centre focused on providing compassionate, integrated care through a multidisciplinary team of healthcare and wellness professionals.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status.
- Assist doctors and clinical professionals during consultations and procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Provide first aid and respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes to the concerned doctor.
- Maintain medicines, medical supplies and emergency equipment.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists and other team members.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic and patient-friendly environment.
- Support patients and their families with empathy,



patience and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid nursing registration.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-friendly approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
