This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Enterprise Technology Engineer based in India.

This is a senior, high-impact technology role focused on shaping and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across complex, multi-domain environments. You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong architecture, data, integration, security, and cloud knowledge. The role offers significant ownership over technical strategy, solution design, delivery outcomes, and long-term platform evolution.

You will work with geographically distributed teams and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions. A key focus will be modernizing platforms, reducing technical debt, consolidating Salesforce environments, and enabling scalable digital capabilities. You will also contribute to financial planning, risk management, and the measurable business value of technology investments.

Accountabilities:

- Lead the technical design and architecture of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related enterprise platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, architecture documentation, workflow designs, and implementation strategies.
- Drive Salesforce architecture best practices across sharing and visibility, data architecture, integration architecture, security, scalability, and platform performance.
- Own and improve the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including Salesforce DX, source control, configuration management, release management, and continuous delivery practices.
- Lead technical debt reduction, Salesforce org consolidation, large-scale data migration, and integration initiatives involving middleware and ETL technologies.

- Partner with engineering, product, business, and architecture teams to identify dependencies, assess risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop high-level effort estimates, project cost forecasts, financial plans, and business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and quantified business value.
- Lead major programs and projects spanning multiple business functions, maintaining operational and financial plans over a 12+ month horizon.

- Establish meaningful metrics and instrumentation to monitor technology performance, delivery progress, service health, and business outcomes.
- Promote secure, resilient,



and highly available technology services through strong operational practices, automation, monitoring, and risk management.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, and capability building for engineers and technology professionals.

- Influence senior and executive stakeholders through clear communication, technical presentations, architecture forums, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Foster Agile/Scrum practices, collaborative ways of working, knowledge sharing, facilitation, and continuous improvement across distributed teams.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of professional technology experience, including at least 6 years in technical solution design within large, complex, multi-domain or multi-platform environments.
- Deep Salesforce expertise, particularly across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with conceptual knowledge of Marketing Cloud and hands-on experience with Salesforce customization.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture principles, including Sharing & Visibility, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, secure development, and scalable solution design.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, version control, release management, configuration management, and modern deployment practices.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture principles, with experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with large-volume data migration, middleware, ETL tools, API and platform design, database architecture, and relational or NoSQL data modeling.
- Experience managing technical debt, platform consolidation, major transformation programs, and complex global technology initiatives.

- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including vendor management, procurement fundamentals, budgeting, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and financial oversight.
- Proven ability to identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and take ownership of delivery outcomes in complex environments.
- Experience leading large teams and developing technical capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

- Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.




- Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams while maintaining a customer- and user-centric approach.
- Solid Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience applying agile principles, testing and quality practices, source control, continuous deployment, and release management.

- Highly self-motivated, accountable, ethical, transparent, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity and competing priorities.
- A strong commitment to problem solving, continuous learning, technical excellence, and building high-performing teams.
