About the Role
We’re looking for a

Senior Creative Strategist

with robust experience in

influencer marketing campaigns

and a passion for creative storytelling. You’ll be responsible for developing campaign concepts, strategies and content directions for brands.

Key Responsibilities
Ideate and develop

creative concepts and strategies

for influencer marketing campaigns.
Build campaign narratives, content pillars, hooks and influencer briefs.
Work closely with campaign and influencer teams to drive ideas from

concept to execution .
Stay updated on social media trends, creator formats and pop culture.
Review influencer content and ensure creative alignment with brand objectives.




Create campaign decks and present ideas to clients/internal teams.
Manage multiple campaigns while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in

creative strategy, influencer marketing, advertising or digital marketing .
Proven experience in

conceptualising and executing influencer marketing campaigns .
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube and creator trends.
Excellent storytelling, communication and presentation skills.
Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate brand objectives into engaging ideas.
Prior agency experience and a portfolio of campaigns is a plus.
