Senior Manager – Project Sales (HT/LT Power Cables) Location: Gurugram, Haryana Type: Full-time | Field + Travel Experience: 4–6 years

nSriram Cables is scaling its project and institutional sales in HT & LT power cables, and we are hiring a Manager who can own a territory end-to-end — from getting specified to getting paid.
n

nResponsibilties:
n
- n
- Drive value and volume targets for HT & LT power and control cables across your regionn
- Get our products specified and approved — engage MEP/PMC consultants, EPC contractors, panel builders, electrical contractors and end users to secure inclusion in project BOQs and approved vendor listsn
- Build and run a live pipeline: schedule, prepare and lead client meetings; convert enquiries into approvals and approvals into ordersn
- Scan the market continuously — track upcoming infrastructure, real estate, industrial and utility projects; surface new product and application opportunities for the businessn
- Manage the full cycle: enquiry, technical alignment, quotation, negotiation,



order and collection follow-upn
- Represent the brand credibly on both technical and commercial fronts with consultants and key accountsn

nWhat we are looking for:
n
- n
- 4–6 years in sales & marketing of HT/LT cables and wiresn
- An existing network among MEP/PMC consultants, EPC firms, contractors and project buyersn
- Genuinely field-comfortable — willing to travel extensively for meetings, approvals and market developmentn
- Robust commercial instinct: reads a project, finds the decision-maker, drives the approvaln
- Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred; MBA (Sales/Marketing) a plusn
