nMaximus Events is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Client Servicing to manage key client relationships and ensure seamless account handling across projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the event management ecosystem, brand communication, and client expectations, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality service across large-scale projects and accounts.
nThe role requires a solution-driven professional who can independently manage client requirements, coordinate effectively with internal teams, and support the growth of long-term client partnerships in a fast-paced and creatively driven environment.

nKey Responsibilities
n

n· Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, project alignment, and strong relationships across all touchpoints.
n· Serve as a key point of contact for clients,



understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
n· Work closely with internal departments—including Creative, Business Development, Production, and Operations—to ensure timely and effective execution of event plans.
n· Manage end-to-end client delivery, from brief understanding and proposal development to execution and post-event feedback.
n· Support and guide account managers/executives, ensuring clear delegation, timely follow-ups, and a culture of ownership and accountability.
n· Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling while nurturing long-term client relationships.
n· Provide strategic and audience-centric inputs to ensure event outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
