- Hands on experience in Oracle EPM, with solid experience in Oracle FCCS.n
- Should have 3+ end-to-end FCCS implementation projects.n
- Good understanding of Financial Consolidation and Close processes.n
- Experience in FCCS application development/build.n
- Strong knowledge of FCCS Business Rules, Data Forms and Financial Reports.n
- Good understanding of consolidation process, currency translation and intercompany transactions.n
- Experience with metadata loading and data loading.n
- Hands-on experience with EPM Automate and OIC integrations.n
- Experience in FCCS application performance optimization.n
- Understanding of Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts (COA)
and Record-to-Report (R2R).n
- Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.n
- Experience working across the complete SDLC – design, development, implementation and support.n
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.n
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.n
- Good documentation and presentation skills.n

- Experience with HFR and DM/FDMEE.n
- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Essbase.n
