Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant – Core HR, Absence & OTL Experience: 7–10 Years Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 Days Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation for a MEA customer . The consultant will work from our Hyderabad offshore delivery center and collaborate closely with onsite SMEs and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions. Configure and support Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL modules. Configure enterprise structures including: Legal Entities, Business Units, Departments, Positions, Grades, and Workforce Structures Configure and support employee lifecycle processes across Core HR. Configure Absence Management , including: Absence Plans, Accruals, Eligibility Profiles,



Absence Types and Approval Workflows Configure Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) , including: Time Entry Layouts, Time Calculation Rules, Time Consumer Setups, Time Processing Profiles, Time Approval Workflows and Time Card Validation Rules Perform SIT, UAT, defect analysis, resolution, and functional testing . Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user support materials. Provide implementation and production support from an offshore delivery model. Coordinate with onsite SMEs, business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Support integrations between OTL and Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Time . Participate in requirement workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder meetings. Mandatory Requirements 7–10 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM. Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM . Strong functional expertise in: Core HR Absence Management Oracle Time and Labor (OTL
