We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented

Executive / Manager – Client Servicing

to join our

Client Servicing Team . This role is ideal for professionals from the

experiential events industry

who are passionate about building client relationships, developing winning pitches, and driving business growth.
You will work closely with Strategy, Creative, Content, Design, and Operations teams to develop compelling proposals and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client objectives and translate business requirements into strategic solutions.
Support the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to closure.
Pitch Management
Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, content, and design teams to develop impactful pitch presentations.
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions.
Ensure timely delivery of pitches while maintaining quality and creativity.




Present ideas and solutions confidently during client meetings and discussions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Operations, Creative, Content, 2D/3D Design, and Production teams to develop innovative event solutions.
Ensure client requirements are communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate internal reviews and ensure alignment across teams.
Presentation Development
Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, proposal documents, and supporting materials.
Structure content and storytelling to create persuasive and engaging client presentations.
Continuously improve presentation quality by incorporating creative layouts, infographics, and visual storytelling.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years

of experience in

Client Servicing,

within an

experiential event or event management agency .
Strong understanding of experiential marketing, corporate events, exhibition
