nWe are hiring Technical Support Advocates for a customer-facing Product Support/Gaming Support role supporting Microsoft consumer products.
nExperience: 1+ Years of relevant experience(This should exclude bench/training/Internship period)
n? Location: Hyderabad
n? CTC: Up to ₹ 5 LPA
n⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners – Max 15 Days
n? Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Equivalent Experience
n?Product Support Advocate:

- n
- Technical support experiencen
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skillsn
- Hands-on experience of Microsoft products (Windows, Office/Microsoft 365)n
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective resolutionsn

n?Gaming Support – Phone & Chat Agent:
n
- n
- Experience in technical/customer supportn
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skillsn
- Experience handling billing, subscriptions, and account-related queriesn
- Good understanding of gaming products/servicesn





nMandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
n
- n
- Graduation/Post-Graduation completion certificate and original mark sheets are mandatory for onboarding.n
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.n
- Versatile to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.n
- 100% Work From Office (No Hybrid/WFH).n
- Must complete the client-mandated training program.n
- Any Graduate can apply.n

nMandatory: Candidates must have scanned copies of all educational and employment documents readily available for verification and onboarding.
nPreference will be given only Immediate joiner to 15 days.
nNote : The final salary will be determined by HR after profile screening. It will depend on factors such as the candidate’s last drawn CTC, total experience, and current location.
