nExperienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Onboarding 2.0, integrations, business process configuration, and stakeholder management.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 solutions based on business requirements.n
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.n
- Configure onboarding processes, tasks, compliance forms, document management, and workflows.n
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.n
- Work on integrations between SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.n
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.n
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.n
- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.n




- Support data migration and validation activities.n
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project standards.n

nRequired Skills
n
- n
- 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.n
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.n
- Experience with onboarding process setup, knowledge transfer, and compliance activities.n
- Robust understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.n
- Experience in role-based permissions (RBP), business rules, and workflows.n
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors platform, MDF objects, and integration concepts.n
- Experience in testing, deployment, and production support.n
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.n

nPreferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification.n
- Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, and Integration Center.n
- Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integra
