Role: We're looking for an experienced Web Developer & Designer to join our team in Thane, someone who can both build and lead — managing a small team while staying hands-on with design and development.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in web design & development

- Portfolio of 100+ websites designed/developed

- Robust hands-on skills in: Figma, WordPress, Shopify, PHP, HTML, React JS, JavaScript

- Backend/database experience with MySQL and MongoDB

- Proven leadership ability — must have led or managed a team

- Must be based in or near Thane

Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites and e-commerce stores

- Lead and mentor a team of developers/designers, reviewing their work and ensuring quality

- Manage end-to-end project delivery — from wireframe/Figma design to deployment

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements

- Maintain code quality, performance, and design standards across projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
