Position: Senior Supervisor

Salary: 50,000 to 1,00,000 per month

WrapPro India is looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor – Waterproofing who can independently manage day-to-day site execution with strong control over manpower, productivity, quality, material usage and work progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently supervise waterproofing works at multiple project sites.
- Plan daily manpower and allocate work to masons, applicators and helpers.
- Independently arrange and mobilise manpower as per project requirements.
- Maintain the ability to mobilise and manage a workforce of minimum 40–50 workers when required.
- Ensure execution as per approved methodology, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor daily targets and ensure planned productivity is achieved.
- Maintain workmanship quality and prevent rework.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers and client representatives.
- Monitor receipt, storage and consumption of materials.
- Ensure proper handling and use of waterproofing chemicals and systems.
- Maintain daily progress, manpower and material records.
- Identify site constraints and report them before they affect progress.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, application, testing and protection of completed works.
- Maintain site discipline, housekeeping and safety.




- Take ownership of snag rectification and completion of assigned areas.

Candidate Profile

- Preferably 5+ years of site supervision experience
- Strong experience in waterproofing / construction chemicals / repair works / flooring
- Practical knowledge of waterproofing application methods and site execution
- Must have an independent manpower network and proven ability to arrange and mobilise at least 25–50 workers as per project requirements
- Ability to handle and control large labour teams
- Positive understanding of drawings, measurements and quantities
- Strong focus on workmanship, productivity and material control
- Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and client representatives
- Disciplined, responsible and willing to take ownership of site targets
- Willing to work across project locations in Mumbai / MMR
