What You ll Do: Own the end-to-end quality strategy for critical areas of the Futures and Trading platform. Design and build scalable automation across component, API, integration, and end-to-end layers. Test complex trading scenarios involving order placement, modification, cancellation, partial fills, execution, positions, margin, leverage, PL, funding, and liquidation.

Identify and validate failure scenarios such as duplicate or out-of-order events, race conditions, retries, idempotency issues, inconsistent states, and concurrent order processing. Build automation that validates financial calculations, data consistency, precision, and state transitions across distributed systems. Drive shift-left quality by working with engineers during design and development to identify risks early.

Improve automation reliability, execution speed, and CI/CD feedback loops. Investigate complex production issues and implement preventive quality solutions. Define risk-based test strategies for high-impact, money-moving workflows.

Mentor SDET 1 and SDET 2 engineers and raise the overall engineering and quality bar.
