Role Overview

Looking for a candidate with experience in Equipment Maintenance Repair (EMR) operations, responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, handling vendor and stakeholder queries, and ensuring smooth container maintenance and repair processes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational reporting and analytics, process improvement, compliance adherence, and the ability to drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in logistics, container operations, vendor management, and performance reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Driving process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to EMR policies, repair procedures, and industry standards.
- Supporting audits, special projects, business transformation, and automation initiatives.
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

Graduate of any bachelors degree. Fluent in English with positive communication skills.
