About the RoleBuildAmbit is looking for a Senior Manager, Career Services & Corporate Partnerships to build a strong career ecosystem for AEC professionals and learners.

The role will have a strong focus on building relationships with AEC companies, understanding their talent requirements, creating hiring opportunities, and connecting BuildAmbit's professionals with relevant career opportunities.

The person will work closely with corporate HR and hiring teams, industry professionals, learners, and internal Program and Talent teams to drive meaningful career outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Hiring Partnerships

- Build and manage relationships with large, mid-sized, and emerging AEC organisations across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, BIM, and allied sectors.
- Develop relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, hiring managers, Business Heads, and Functional Heads.
- Understand current and future hiring requirements and build a strong pipeline of opportunities for BuildAmbit professionals.
- Position BuildAmbit as a preferred talent and career partner for AEC organisations.
- Create opportunities for placements, job transitions, internships, projects, recruitment drives, and industry engagements.
- Drive repeat hiring and deepen relationships with existing corporate partners.
- Represent BuildAmbit at AEC industry events, HR forums, conferences, and networking platforms.

Career Services
- Own the career services journey for BuildAmbit's AEC learners and working professionals.
- Understand career aspirations and guide professionals on job transitions,



role selection, career progression, and career development.
- Support CV building, LinkedIn optimisation, portfolio development, interview preparation, mock interviews, and job search strategies.
- Conduct career workshops, counselling sessions, industry sessions, and employer interactions.
- Help professionals understand AEC career pathways, market expectations, roles, skills, and opportunities.

Employer to Talent Connect
- Work with corporate partners to understand role-specific requirements and map the right BuildAmbit talent to those opportunities.
- Coordinate the hiring journey across candidate identification, shortlisting, interviews, selection, offer, and joining.
- Build structured talent pools aligned to recurring industry requirements.
- Collect employer feedback and use it to improve learner readiness and career outcomes.
- Work with Program and Learning teams to bring real-time industry requirements into learner preparation.

Career Outcomes & Analytics
- Track placements, interviews, job transitions, promotions, and other career outcomes.
- Build dashboards and reports to measure career services and employer partnership performance.
- Identify employability gaps and work with internal teams to address them.
- Develop scalable processes for employer engagement and career services.

What We're Looking For
- 5 to 8 years of experience in career services,



corporate partnerships, placements, talent acquisition, recruitment, employer relations, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of the AEC industry and its talent landscape is highly preferred.
- Experience building relationships with AEC companies and corporate hiring stakeholders will be a strong advantage.
- Strong network across HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and AEC professionals.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, counselling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, career development, and professional employability.
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented approach.
- Any graduate degree; B.Arch, Civil Engineering, or other AEC-related qualifications are preferred.
