Position: Manager – Human Resources

We are seeking an accomplished HR leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience to head the Human Resources function. The role requires a well-rounded qualified with proven expertise in managing both Plant HR and Corporate HR activities, capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational requirements.

Desired Profile

- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources,



Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing environments with hands-on experience in industrial relations and statutory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation initiatives, build organizational capability, and partner effectively with business leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.

We seek a seasoned HR professional capable of driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring robust HR governance across the organization.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
