Job Summary:

Responsible for creating high-quality graphic and motion content for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, branding, and marketing initiatives while leading creative execution and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and digital creatives

- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, visual styles, and design directions

- Design animated social media content, advertisements, product videos, and brand campaigns

- Convert static designs into engaging motion graphics and animations

- Create 2D animations, kinetic typography, transitions, and visual effects

- Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics and effects

- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Video, and Brand teams

- Lead creative execution and provide design guidance to junior designers

- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and visual standards

- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

- Review creative outputs and maintain consistency across campaigns

- Stay updated with current motion design, animation, and digital content trends

- Organize project files, assets, templates, and source files efficiently

Skills Required:





- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

- Expertise in motion graphics, animation, typography, and visual effects

- Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling

- Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender / Cinema 4D is an added advantage

- Robust creative thinking and conceptualization skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field

- 5–10 years of experience in Graphic Design / Motion Graphics

- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion design expertise

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in digital marketing agencies, advertising, branding, media production, corporate marketing, or creative studios

- Experience creating social media campaigns, reels, promotional videos, product animations, and advertising content

- Leadership or team-handling experience is an added advantage

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
