As a Full Stack Developer with experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Next.js, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications and scalable backend services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and provide excellent user experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on full-stack development, cloud-ready applications, and AI-assisted software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Next.js. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot. Develop responsive, interactive, and high-performance user interfaces using Angular and Next.js.

Design, develop, and optimize databases using MySQL and PostgreSQL. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to define and implement application features. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization activities. Work with version control systems such as Git and collaborate through Agile/Scrum methodologies. Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools for code generation, refactoring, documentation, testing, debugging, and productivity improvements.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI-driven software development practices. Contribute to knowledge sharing and support junior team members whenever required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6yrs years of professional experience in Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with Angular and/or Next.js. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced development environment.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools (preferably Claude) to accelerate software development, including code generation, refactoring, documentation, unit test creation, and debugging while ensuring adherence to coding standards and security best practices.

Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and security before production deployment.

Create effective prompts and workflows to improve engineering productivity and development efficiency using AI coding assistants.

Mentor team members on responsible and effective usage of AI-powered development tools.

Preferred Qualifications (not required, but a plus):

Certification in Java and/or cloud technologies.





Experience with message brokers and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).

Understanding of security best practices in microservices architecture.

Experience integrating AI-assisted development into SDLC and Agile workflows.

Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering best practices, including secure code generation, automated documentation, and developer productivity optimization.

Experience building or integrating applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs is a plus.

Exposure to AI frameworks such as Spring AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is desirable.
