Job Summary

Reports to the Manager, and the role involves,
What a typical day looks like:
- Must have good knowledge of Program management process from Sheetmetal domain.
- Must have led critical and high impact projects.
- Have sound knowledge of program Management methodologies and have good manufacturing experience preferably in sheet metal industry.
- Must have good problem-solving skills.
- Oversee/ Coordinates program activities with all inter-departments ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverable.
- May collect and prepares information for use in discussion/meetings of management staff
- Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within GBS / SITE CFT team
- Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills Customer Management Skill
- Excellent understanding on Program Management concepts,
New Product Introduction / New Product Development / different phases of Product life cycle
- Sound knowledge of office automation or automation through Excel will be added advantage
The experience we re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent
- Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience in PM Domain
- Sound understanding /knowhow on the financial terms/ INCO Terms and its impact on the Profit Loss on the business
- Hands on experience on using the ERP tool like Baan / SAP for PM role.
- Flexible working on weekends based on site requirements
- Night shift (7pm - 4am)
