We are seeking an experienced

Workday Finance Functional Lead

to drive large-scale, end-to-end

Workday Financials implementations . In this client-facing leadership role, you will lead solution design, configuration, testing, and global deployment initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead 2+ large enterprise end-to-end Workday Financials implementations. Drive requirements, configuration, and delivery across

P2P (Procure-to-Pay)

and

General Ledger (GL)

cycles. Expertise in

Supplier Accounts/Contracts, Procurement, Financials, AP, Fixed Assets, Banking & Settlement, Inventory , and application integrations. Manage global and multi-country deployments, including localization, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Identify risks, mitigation plans, and resolve complex functional issues. Contribute to delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. Support pre-sales activities, project estimation,



scope definition, and resource planning.

Preferred Experience

Background in

Financial Accounting

and

Procurement

roles. Experience with

FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Reporting, Banking, Taxes, Supplier Accounts/Contracts, Procurement, Business Assets, and Inventory . Hands-on experience in

Workday Data Conversion (EIB, iLoad)

and/or

Financial Reporting .

Mandatory Certifications

Workday Certified (Financial Core, Financial Services Practical & Essentials, or Workday P2P) Workday Financial iLoad Practical Experience Workday Financial Reporting

Skills Required: Primary:
