- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analytics Engineers.n
- Plan and prioritize analytics delivery across multiple initiatives.n
- Provide technical leadership for Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Azure, and data engineering.n
- Deliver executive dashboards and operational reporting.n
- Drive AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.n
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Project Controls, Engineering, and IT.n
- Establish data governance, quality, and development standards.n

nRequired Experience

- n
- Overall 5–10 years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering.n
- 3–5 years leading technical teams.n
- Construction, EPC, Engineering, International PMC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate industry experience preferred.n
