Seniority: Senior (5+ years) — Azure data platform specialist · The work Own the target platform and data migration: provision Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server (zone-redundant HA), run the big-bang migration via Azure DMS, wire AKS/Key Vault connectivity, and drive the production cutover runbook and rollback plan. · Must have 5+ years database engineering with robust PostgreSQL administration Hands-on Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server (HA, SKU/IOPS sizing, backups, maintenance windows) Azure Database Migration Service (DMS) — has executed an offline/big-bang migration (Oracle source preferred), with row-count/LOB/sequence validation Working Oracle knowledge (schema/type mapping) AKS — ConfigMaps, Secrets, Kustomize, rolling redeploys Azure networking — VNet integration, private endpoints, private DNS Azure Key Vault + AKS (CSI Secret Store / synced secrets) Strongly desired Flyway/Liquibase · IaC (Bicep/Terraform — greenfield here) · cutover runbook & rollback authoring
