About the Role 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an

Sales Manager

to drive business development, sales, and revenue growth across Madurai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

B2B/B2C sales, business development, client acquisition, channel development, and project-based sales . Candidates with experience in

Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EdTech, Sports Infrastructure, or related project-based industries

will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and generate new business opportunities across Karnataka through

B2B and B2C channels .
Identify and acquire clients from:
Building Materials & Construction
Real Estate & Developers
Infrastructure & Government Projects
Schools, Colleges & Educational Institutions
Corporate & Institutional Clients
Builders, Contractors, Consultants & Architects
Sports Clubs,



Academies & Fitness Centres
Develop and maintain relationships with

channel partners, dealers, contractors, builders, consultants and institutional clients .
Handle company-generated B2C leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, presentations and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the CRM/Presales team for

quotations, proposals and project designs .
Present proposals to clients and support negotiations and closures along with the Branch Manager.
Drive sales pipeline and ensure consistent movement of leads from

Lead → Meeting/Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure .
Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection from customers.
Maintain accurate lead, chance, follow-up and sales information in

Runo CRM .
Prepare and submit

daily, weekly and monthly sales reports .
Monitor sales performance,
