Yana IVF & Fertility Centre* is looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Centre Head* to take complete ownership of centre operations, patient experience, business development and revenue growth. Key Responsibiities * Manage complete day-to-day operations of the IVF Centre * Drive patient footfall, IVF counselling, conversion and revenue targets * Lead and manage centre teams across clinical and non-clinical departments * Monitor the complete patient journey: *Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Counselling → IVF Start* * Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals and referral partners * Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Telecalling and Counselling teams * Monitor centre-wise revenue, collections,



referrals and conversion performance * Identify business opportunities and strengthen the centre's market presence * Handle patient feedback and ensure excellent patient experience * Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and target assessments * Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, patient safety and NABH requirements * Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to management Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in any disciplineMBA / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred *6–10 years of relevant experience* *IVF / Fertility / Hospital experience strongly preferred* Proven experience in centre operations, team management and revenue targets Strong doctor relationship and business-development skills Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities intersted candidate share resume to [email protected]/ (phone hidden)
