Valuable understanding of: TCP/IP SNMP ICMP Syslog DNS DHCP Routing and Switching Experience with fault, performance, and availability monitoring. Knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and data center environments. Linux administration knowledge. Experience in alarm correlation, event suppression, and monitoring optimization. Experience with: ServiceNow Integration Network Automation Python, Shell Scripting,



or PowerShell NetFlow/NTA solutions Wireshark packet analysis Knowledge of cloud monitoring (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with High Availability (HA) deployments of NOM/NNMi Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer OpenText NOM (Network Operations Management) and NNMi (Network Node Manager i) platforms. Configure and maintain network discovery, monitoring policies, thresholds, alarms, and event correlation. Monitor enterprise network infrastructure including: Routers Switches Firewalls Load Balancers Wireless Controllers Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot network incidents. Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. Integrate NOM/NNMi with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools. Configure SNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow monitoring solutions. Support incident, problem, and change management activities. Collaborate with network engineering and operations teams to improve monitoring coverag
