Expectations from the Role
- Act as the onsite Oracle PPM Cloud functional consultant and primary coordinator between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Conduct customer requirement gathering sessions, business process walkthroughs, fit-gap discussions, and solution clarification workshops.
- Capture and document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
- Coordinate with offshore functional consultants, technical developers, integration teams, reporting teams, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as per project plan.
- Validate Oracle PPM Cloud configurations and solution design for Project Costing, Project Management, Project Contract Billing, and Project Resource Management.
- Facilitate regular customer meetings, offshore handoffs, status reviews, design walkthroughs, test readiness reviews, and defect triage sessions.
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, data validation,



cutover mock runs, go-live readiness, and hypercare from the onsite location.
- Track open items, defects, dependencies, change requests, and escalations; follow up with responsible teams to drive timely closure.
- Provide clear communication to customer and project leadership on progress, risks, blockers, decisions required, and offshore delivery status.
- Ensure quality of deliverables by reviewing documents, test evidence, configuration updates, reporting outputs, and integration touchpoints before customer review.

Must Have
- Minimum 10+ years of Oracle PPM experience with strong Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementation exposure
- Robust onsite customer-facing capability with experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, business process discussions, and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle Project Costing, Project Management, Project Contract Billi
