About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

who can translate ideas, campaigns and brand requirements into visually engaging designs across digital, social media, print and event platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for

social media, digital campaigns, websites and mobile applications .
Design creatives for

radio campaigns, events, activations, promotions and brand partnerships .
Develop posters, banners, standees, brochures, presentations, invitations and other print collaterals.
Create visually compelling content for

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms .
Understand campaign briefs and convert concepts into strong visual communication.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines,



visual identity and communication style.
Work closely with the

marketing, content, programming and sales teams

to develop campaign creatives.
Develop creative concepts and design variations based on client requirements.
Support the design requirements for

on-ground events, school activations, roadshows and special campaigns .
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with current

design trends, social media formats and creative styles .
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
Working knowledge of

CorelDRAW, Canva, InDesign or similar tools

will be an advantage.
Valuable understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create designs specifically suited for social media and digital platforms.
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
