About the Role We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, IT Systems Administrator — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before.
You've worked at an Indian SaaS company with real compliance exposure,
3–6 years. Healthcare or fintech background is a genuine advantage given our HealOS product line.
What You'll Own
CI/CD across all four products
Cloud infrastructure and cost
Uptime and on-call
MDM on every company device
SSO and identity
API key and secret rotation
HIPAA-adjacent controls for HealOS
What You Won't Own
Application code
Product security decisions (you advise, you don't decide)
How We'll Measure Success Uptime per product, and open security findings past SLA.
How We'll Evaluate You Walk us through the last outage you handled — detection, diagnosis, fix, and what you changed afterward.
