We're looking for a driven

Demand Generation Executive

to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is core to our sales pipeline — you'll be making outbound cold calls, engaging leads, and qualifying them before handing off to the sales/BD team. If you're energetic, persuasive, and love the thrill of a positive conversation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Make

outbound cold calls

to prospective leads (from provided databases, inbound inquiries, and self-sourced lists) to introduce HabileLabs' services and solutions (Cloud, AI/ML, Web & Mobile Development, Salesforce, DevOps, Data & BI).
Qualify leads

based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline — BANT/GPCT or similar frameworks) before passing them to the sales team.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, lead status, and follow-ups in the

CRM (Zoho CRM) .
Follow structured call scripts and objection-handling techniques while adapting tone for different prospect personas across industries and geographies.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume, connect rate,



and qualified leads generated.
Schedule discovery calls/demos for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.
Conduct basic research on leads/companies before calling to personalize outreach.
Follow up consistently with warm leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn/WhatsApp to keep them engaged in the pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
Report daily/weekly performance metrics to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in

English

(Hindi a plus); ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, including with international prospects.
Prior experience in

cold calling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation

preferred (IT services/SaaS background is a plus).
Comfortable with rejection and persistent in following up without being pushy.
