You will be responsible for building intelligent automation solutions, implementing AI models, and creating custom Gen AI applications that enhance business processes and drive innovation across the organization. **In this role you will...** + Development of enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AIStudio, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services. + Designand implement Microsoft Copilot solutions, including Copilot for Microsoft365, custom copilots using Copilot Studio, and plugin development. + Buildadvanced Gen AI applications using prompt engineering, RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, fine-tuning, and multi-agentsystems. + Developintelligent workflows using Azure Agentic AI and Semantic Kernel toautomate complex business processes. + IntegrateAI capabilities with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, andthird-party enterprise applications. + ImplementAzure AI Document Intelligence solutions for automated document processingand data extraction. + Buildand optimize vector databases and semantic search using Azure AI Searchfor knowledge management systems. + EstablishMLOps practices using Azure Machine Learning and Azure DevOps forautomated model deployment and monitoring. + Designand develop scalable APIs and microservices for AI model deployment andintegration. + Createdata pipelines to support AI model training and real-time inference. + DefineAI solution standards, best practices, and governance frameworks includingsecurity and compliance. + MentorAI engineers and developers, providing technical guidance and codereviews. + Leadproof-of-concept projects to evaluate new AI technologies and theirbusiness value. + Collaboratewith architects, data scientists,



and stakeholders to define AI roadmapsand technical strategies. + Staycurrent with AI technologies and Azure AI service updates to drivecontinuous improvement. **You have what it takes if you have...** + Bachelor'sor master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, ArtificialIntelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or relevant experience. + 3+ years of comprehensive software engineeringexperience with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML architecture, development,and deployment. + Proventrack record in architecting and implementing enterprise-scale AIsolutions using Microsoft Azure AI services and Generative AItechnologies. + Expert-levelexperience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure MachineLearning, and Azure Cognitive Services in production environments. + Deepexpertise in Gen AI application development, including advanced promptengineering, RAG architecture, fine-tuning strategies, and multi-agentorchestration. + Stronghands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including enterpriseCopilot deployment, custom copilot development, plugin architecture, andextensibility frameworks. + Advancedproficiency in Python and/or C# with deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks. + Expert-levelunderstanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and vector searchtechnologies. + Expertisein designing and implementing scalable API architectures, microservicespatterns, and event-driven systems for AI solutions. + Deepunderstanding of Azure AI Search, vector databases (Cosmos DB, Pinecone,Weaviate),
