Key Skills:

- SAP SD configuration and support (Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management)
- Strong knowledge of OTC business processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Integration expertise with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM modules
- Hands-on experience in pricing, output determination, delivery processing, and billing
- Knowledge of IDOCs, interfaces, and EDI integration
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and SD-related S/4HANA functionalities

About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Gather business requirements and design SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SD processes based on business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
- Support testing, migration, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing enhancements.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments.

Qualifications

Preferred:





- Experience in global implementation projects.
- SAP SD/S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
